It Started with 30 Young People and a Simple Idea

In early 2020, we gathered 30 young people in a small office on Wimpole Street for our very first mentorship brunch. The goal was simple: help young people discover their purpose and unlock their potential.

Then the World Changed — And So Did We

Just weeks later, the pandemic hit. But instead of slowing down, we went online — and 300 young people showed up to our first virtual event. From that moment, it became more than an event. It became a movement.

GPE Has Grown into a Purpose-Driven Ecosystem

Since then, over 1,000 young people have been through our programs. We've partnered with leading organizations including:

And many more

We've hosted events with up to 500 attendees, created 150+ job opportunities, and are now aiming to reach 30,000+ young people through the next phase of our journey.

Now We're Building Tech to Scale This Impact

In 2025, we're launching PRGRSS — a platform to match young people to mentors, job opportunities, and resources at scale. What started as one room is now a global vision powered by purpose, people, and technology.
