In short: we're PRGRSS, run by Global Purpose UK Limited. This explains what we collect, why, what we do with it, how we protect it, and your rights over it.

What we collect

Your account and identity, the fields and skills you want to grow, your mentoring activity, membership status, and basic technical data to keep the app secure. Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play — we never see or store your card details.

Diversity information — extra protection

Anything we ask about your background is optional, collected only with your explicit consent, and never used to decide your eligibility, your price or your access to any part of PRGRSS. You can withdraw it at any time.

We never sell your data

Ever. We share information only with trusted providers who help run the app, with Apple and Google for payments, and with authorities where safeguarding or the law requires it.

Corporate partners — what they can and can't see

Where you join through a corporate partner, reporting is aggregated and anonymised — overall numbers and themes, not a window into you. Partners cannot see your private messages, call content, date of birth, diversity information or individual usage, and cannot log into your account.

No automated decisions

Mentor suggestions are based on the interests, skills and goals you tell us. Decisions about your account are made by people, not algorithms.

Your rights

• See the information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your information.
• Limit or object to how we use it, or get a portable copy.
• Withdraw any consent you've given.
