We're committed to the wellbeing of everyone on PRGRSS. Mentoring is delivered to young adults aged 18–30, virtually, through the PRGRSS app — with proportionate safeguarding and a high standard of professional conduct throughout.
Email safeguarding@thisisprgrss.com. Every concern is acknowledged within 24 business hours. Where there is immediate risk, we contact emergency services without delay.

Our commitments
- Mentors are verified and approved before they can mentor anyone.
- All mentoring communication stays inside the PRGRSS app.
- No moving conversations to WhatsApp, social media or personal channels.
- No personal, romantic or intimate relationships between mentors and mentees.
- No exchange of personal contact details, gifts or off-platform contact.
- In-person contact is not permitted by default, and only ever with prior written approval.
- Every concern is taken seriously, recorded and acted on.
- We work with partner organisations and statutory agencies where required.
