Terms of use
In plain terms: these are the rules for using the PRGRSS app. By tapping "Accept" in the app, you agree to them. Here are the key points.
Who we are
PRGRSS is operated by Global Purpose UK Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13667768), registered office Soho Works, 180 Strand, London, WC2R 1EA. When you download from the App Store or Google Play, that provider's rules also apply.
Eligibility
You must be aged 18–30 to use PRGRSS. Registering doesn't guarantee access — applications are reviewed, and we may approve, decline or waitlist at our discretion.
How you may use the app
PRGRSS is licensed for your own personal use. One-to-one mentoring conversations must always stay inside the app, where our safeguarding protections apply — not on WhatsApp, social media, SMS or personal email.
Acceptable use
Don't break the law, act dishonestly, upload harmful or abusive content, infringe others' intellectual property, try to bypass app-store payments, access another user's account, or misuse the platform. We may withdraw access for serious breaches.
Privacy & corporate partners
We use your data as set out in our Privacy & Data policy. If you join through a corporate partner, they see only confirmation you're on their programme and aggregated, group-level reporting — never your messages, call content or individual activity.
Our responsibility
We're responsible for foreseeable loss we cause by failing to use reasonable care and skill, but the app is for general guidance, not professional advice — decisions you make from it are your own. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes, ending access & law
We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice. We may end access for serious breaches. These terms are governed by English law, with disputes handled by the courts of England and Wales.
Email hello@thisisprgrss.com. We won't charge you for raising a complaint. This is a plain-English summary; the full Terms of Use apply in the app at the point of acceptance.
